Cancellation Policy

A reminder email will be sent a week before your rental date

If for any reason you need to cancel we request a 7 days notice for a full refund

Less than a 7 days notice, you will be charged the deposit fee or if you rebook for a later date, we can apply the deposit/payment towards another date

Less than a 3 days notice, you will be charged the deposit fee with no refund
-
"No Shows" on the date of rental, without any notice, will be charged the full amount of the rental to the card on file
We understand circumstances arise due to weather or…life happens, we get it! Just give us a call if something comes up close to your rental date and we can see if we can work something else out for you.
